Entry Rules: Limit one (1) entry per person. A single entry automatically qualifies the entrant for all monthly drawings conducted during the same calendar year.

Multiple Entries: Submission of multiple entries by the same individual, whether intentionally or unintentionally, may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Breezy EZ Portable Fan Rentals.

Eligibility of Previous Winners: Previous monthly winners may remain eligible for future monthly drawings; however, eligibility of prior winners shall be determined at the sole discretion of Breezy EZ Portable Fan Rentals.

Prize Validity: Free fan rentals awarded to winners are valid for one (1) year from the date of the drawing.

Prize Redemption: Fan rental prizes are subject to availability and may only be redeemed at participating events operated or serviced by Breezy EZ Portable Fan Rentals.

No Cash Value: Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.

Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified using the contact information provided on the entry form. If a winner cannot be contacted within thirty (15) days, an alternate winner may be selected at the sole discretion of Breezy EZ Portable Fan Rentals.

Consent to Communications: By entering, participants consent to receive promotional emails, text messages, and marketing communications from Breezy EZ Portable Fan Rentals. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Publicity Release: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Breezy EZ Portable Fan Rentals to use the winner’s name, likeness, and photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Right to Modify or Cancel: Breezy EZ Portable Fan Rentals reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time and for any reason.

Void Where Prohibited: This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
